Can’t wait for your order to arrive? We’ve got you covered! Use the Tracking Code we have sent you in the shipment confirmation email (which you should receive a few days after placing your order) and find out exactly how close you are to receiving your new and awesome product!
If you have not received your tracking number, please email our customer service representatives at support@trendvolt.com, and please expect a response in 1-2 business days.
All orders take at least 2 to 3 weeks (12 – 20 business days) to arrive.
Orders may get delayed due to the COVID-19 situation in different parts of the world.

If you encounter any issue with your order do not hesitate to contact us and we will resolve any issue immediately.
